Partial Event Planning Service
This would be an ideal option for clients who have chosen the venue and suppliers for their event but now want to ensure that everything comes together seamlessly on the day.
After an initial consultation, the handover meeting will go through, in detail, the requirements and expectations for the event itself with particular focus on outstanding issues and any concerns that clients may have. The handover meeting would ideally take place at the venue with a walkthrough of the day to ensure all the details have been covered off. Following this handover meeting, we offer a fully client managed service up to and including the day of the event.
We may not have been involved with your event from the beginning but we guarantee to be place as much passion and energy in creating the event that you imagine and we would be delighted to recommend or suggest those little touches that might make your event more memorable.
Logistics and Management
Following the handover meeting, we will take over the co-ordination of the event including contacting all of the suppliers, working out the logistics leading up to and on the event day itself and looking over all of the finer details to ensure nothing has been overlooked or forgotten about. We will be the main point of contact for all suppliers involved, looking after all the remaining paperwork, emails, contacts and telephone calls. Our expertise will help identify and resolve any potential issues before they've even arisen.
An event schedule will be put in place to include everything that needs to happen in the lead up to the event and, most importantly, for the event day itself. This includes, builds, deliveries, staging, staffing and running order schedules.
On the day
The final piece of the puzzle, we will be present to dress and decorate the venue in addition to overseeing all of the suppliers and liaising with all the guests to ensure the event runs seamlessly.
